1- ½ pound pork loin or pork chops
1 Can apple sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
1 TBS lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in baking dish and cover. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees farenheit or in crock pot for six hours. Serve over 2 cups steamed brown rice.
