Pumpkin Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp salt
1 2/3 cup buttermilk
¾ cup solid pack pumpkin
3 Large eggs
2 Tbs butter, melted

Mix well. Pour half cup of batter on warm griddle over medium heat. Serve with desired toppings.
