Salsa Bean Dip

2 Red Bell Peppers, finely chopped
2 Yellow Bell Peppers, finely chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1 Can corn
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Black Eyed Peas
2 TBS olive oil
Juice of one lime
1 bunch fresh cilantro
Salt to taste.

Combine all ingredients. Stir gently. Serve with high fiber tortilla chips.
