Coconut Crusted Salmon

4 TBS butter
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp paprika
½ cup coconut
1 1/3 pounds wild salmon, thawed

Mix butter, salt, paprika, and coconut together. Spread over salmon. Bake at 350 degrees farenheit uncovered for 10 minutes on raised rack until salmon is cooked through and crust is lightly browned.
